Crosscanon and AU: Go for it. I absolutely love crosscanon, and if there's an AU that sounds like fun, throw it at me. Some crosscanon I'd love would be Dragon Age, Elder Scrolls, or any other fantasy series, really. Hell, you can throw Star Wars characters at him and I'd be overjoyed.
Romance: Yes. Halsin is bisexual and okay with polyamory, but only if all parties involved agree to it. I'm open to shipping him with Tavs, Durges, and other companions (I'm a sucker for Halsin/Astarion in particular). I'm also very open to crosscanon shipping with him, so if you have someone from another fandom you'd like to ship him with, go ahead and toss them Halsin's way.
